You'll only ever be asked to pay us for work that is done, not work to be done.

When you bring your work in to us, and we haven't even started your work, you won't be asked to pay us a deposit based on an estimated cost to do your work. You will only ever be invoiced by us, and be expected to pay us, for work that has been done - even if that work is still in progress.

You won’t be surprised by large unexpected bills for work you didn’t agree to.

We’ll always consult with you and gain your consent before commencing or amending the scope of any work we do for you.

You'll know we'll be on time every time and you'll be compensated if your time is wasted by us being late.

We’ll give you, free of any charge, twice the amount of time we are late to any planned meeting with you.

You'll get a response to any enquiry you make within 24 hours.

We’ll respond to any enquiry of yours within 24 hours. If we happen to be busy with another client, we’ll contact you and confirm we received your enquiry and let you know we’ll be back in touch to discuss your issues once we can.

We provide numerous ways in which you can share with us how you'd like us to do things differently and we’ll listen to what you have to say. We acknowledge we are only as good as what our clients need from us, so we’ll do everything possible to ensure you get what you tell us you need (within our ability of course).

We remove the jargon from any advice we provide to you. By taking the time with you to correctly identify your issues, we aim to minimise the amount of disclaimers in any advice we provide.
