Sharing information is our way of saving you time and money to help you find smarter ways of getting what you want ... in business and life. That way, we can all learn from each other and avoid making the same mistakes others may have made before us, and not have to feel so alone.
So when you said you wanted to feel less isolated and instead be supported by your accountant and other like minded business owners, we said:
- We provide you with the information you need and can act on about topical issues, FREE.
- You can read and learn about the lessons we and our clients have learned, also FREE.
- You can read summarised book reports of interesting books we have read, FREE again.
- You will be invited to our FREE think-tank or incubator type sessions to learn something new and to provide you with an opportunity to discuss issues with other like minded people.

We believe your life is your most important business, so we will incorporate your life goals into any business or financial accounting solutions you ask for. You don’t live your life in discrete compartments. There are links between each part of your life - for example financial independence, relationships, work, and health to name a few. Suggested changes to any one aspect of your life will ripple into other parts, and vice versa. So by ensuring any recommendations we make are in line with as many of your business or personal goals as possible, you'll always be getting closer to what you want.

Every dollar you make is important to you. Your accountants’ fees are another overhead which should be controlled just like every other cost to your business. As your accountant we believe it’s our responsibility to provide ways for you to manage your accounting cost so we aren't another problem for you.
So when you said you wanted an accountant who offers greater options and flexibility with their fees and how you can pay them, we said:
- You won’t be surprised by large unexpected bills for work you didn’t agree to. We’ll always gain your consent before commencing or amending the scope of any work we do for you.
- You won't be charged when you phone us to check something. You will only be charged if your call needs more work, and we will discuss that with you first.
- You can choose to be charged a fixed price fee for your work so you will know what you have to pay before we start.
- You won't be asked to pay us an amount in advance before we even start your work. You'll only ever be asked to pay us for work that is done, not work to be done.
- You can pay your fees off over a period of time to help ease your cash flow.
- If you're not happy with our work, then you don't have to pay us.
- As a small firm, your work is done by one person and will never be shuffled around so you won’t be paying for time spent by our staff relearning your business.
- We will pay you if you share with us any lessons you've learnt which we then publish on our website.
