Changing accountants to Infinite Possibilities is simple.

If you want to change to us, all you need to do is follow these 5 steps:

1. Give us a call for an obligation-free discussion relating to your accounting needs. This will give you the opportunity to meet with us to not only clarify that we can deliver on what you need, but also that you like us as people and that you would like to work with us in the future.
2. You will receive our Charter outlining what you can expect from us as well as what we can expect from you. Once you are happy with the terms, all you need to do is sign that document and we both keep a copy. A copy of our most recent Charter can be downloaded here >
3. You then need to inform your existing accountant that you wish to change accountants giving them the authority to discuss your accounting affairs with us. A template letter or email can be downloaded here >
4. We will write to your existing accountant, which is required by the NZICA code of ethics, requesting if there is any reason we shouldn't act for you. Assuming they have no ethical reasons why we shouldn't act for you, then your existing accountant should release your records to us.
5. We will let you know once we have received your accounting records from your previous accountant. Once that’s done, congratulations, you’re officially a client of Infinite Possibilities and on your way to getting what you want... in business and life.
