Infinite Possibilities is the trading name of a privately owned company incorporated in New Zealand on 18 July 2008. The company received its Certificate of Public Practice from the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants on 17 September 2008, allowing us to offer accounting services to the public.

As a holder of a Certificate of Public Practice offering accounting services to the public, we are required to maintain the following minimum requirements to better protect our clients who place their trust in us:

  • A minimum level of public indemnity insurance cover of $500,000 => Our insurance cover is $1,000,000 which is held by QBE Insurance (International) Ltd;
  • Have been a Chartered Accountant member for at least the last two years => Our most experienced accountant has been a Chartered Accountant since 1997 (over 12 years);
  • Have had a minimum of two years of acceptable practical experience while a Chartered Accountant => Our most experienced accountant has worked in Chartered Accountant practices since early 1986 to mid 2004 (over 18 years) offering the same services we now offer.
  • Holders of a Certificate of Public Practice are also subject to an independent practice review by the Institute at least once every three years to ensure they are meeting the Institutes minimum professional standards => We were most recently reviewed in December 2009, receiving notification we passed in May 2010.

As members of the Chartered Accounting college, the Institute requires we must also maintain the following certain minimum standards to maintain our Chartered Accountant status:
