Once every six months, every client of ours will be invited to attend a think-tank or incubator type session with us at absolutely NO COST. There is no registration process, you only need to be a client to receive your FREE invitation to attend the planned session.
At these sessions you will:
- Learn something new. We’ll share some new or relevant information to help you get more out of your business or life;
- Share issues with other like minded business owners and individuals to explore current life, business or financial issues; and
- Tell us what you want from Infinite Possibilities, as your accountants, over the coming months which allows us to evolve with your business and/or life.
We promise you will not be subjected to any sort of high pressure, manipulative sales tactics in these sessions. There is no hidden catch or agenda with our sessions - just our genuine desire to help clients of Infinite Possibilities to better achieve whatever goals they may have by sharing what we know with each other.
It is a small way that we can assist our clients in helping them towards their goals. As part of the Infinite Possibilities family, we want you to know that you or your business will never be alone in whatever financial, business or life issues that you may be facing.
Sessions will be treated with the utmost of confidentiality, and we leave it up to you to decide what you are willing to share in terms of issues, experiences or ideas. We promise to only facilitate the session and that no one will feel forced to share if they do not wish to.
Our first session is tentatively planned for July 2010. More details in terms of the date and the topic will be updated here in the month leading up to the planned date.
Our guarantee we’ll see you at least twice a year
Unless you’re not interested in your accountant being proactive, we’ll guarantee to see you (without you prompting us) at least twice a year. We back this up by giving you one hour of our time free for every visit we guarantee that we don't keep in a year. We don't want to be known as an accounting firm that sits behind our desks.
Are you interested in learning "What's Possible?"
We’ve created a space on our website we refer to as "What's Possible?", where we provide information about a specific area of interest to help you get what you want … in business and life. Each month we’ll post either an article about a particular business or personal issue that’s relevant at the time, or we’ll share a personal or business lesson that either we, or one of other clients, have learned which might save you some time and energy if you happen to be facing the same issue.
Our aim is to ensure the items are consistent with not only our name but also the philosophy of Infinite Possibilities - i.e. they give you something to think about or ideas you can use whether you are in business or not; they're simple to read and understand, and free of jargon; they contribute to making the world a better place; and most importantly, they help you to get what you want ... in business and life.
In the future, any articles or lessons learned will be provided to our clients by way of newsletter first, before posting them online a month later for anyone to read.
Perhaps you’ve learnt a valuable business or personal lesson that could benefit others. If so, we’d love to hear about it. If you share your lessons with us, and we post them online then we’ll give you one hour of our time for FREE for each one we use (that’s a saving to you of anywhere between $128 and $280 for each lesson of yours we use!!).

How would you like to know your tax fee in advance?
In almost all cases, when you buy something you know the price before you buy it? So why is it that with accountants, it's the opposite and you don't know the price until the service is performed? We don't believe that's necessarily fair and are working on setting a predetermined price for your tax affairs which will include (among other things) covering any minor tax queries where we don't need to look up an answer ... so you won't have to worry about when the clock starts when you ring us!
