What Experience, Qualifications, and Professional memberships do we have?

Our Chartered Accountants are members of the New Zealand Institute of Chartered Accountants who have completed comprehensive academic study combined with work experience and a professional competence programme to post-graduate level. As members of the Institute we are expected to undertake continuing education to help keep us up to date with best business practices and information, and to comply with the Institute’s rigorously enforced code of ethics. What are our Values?

A value is a belief, a mission, or a philosophy that is meaningful. Our values have been developed over a number of years after talking with many clients about what they wanted or weren’t getting from their accountants, and linking that with some personal values which in turn are all hinged on a belief that nothing is impossible. They are a statement about us and they determine how we do business with our clients and our suppliers. Read more >

What are our Terms of Trade?

In an effort to remove any 'expectation gap' that arises when a client may have a different expectation from that of their accountant in terms of the service being provided, we have developed a Charter. Very simply, our Charter confirms what we agree to do, what you agree to do, and what we both agree to do. Its completely negotiable, and its something we’ll go through with you in more detail when you decide you want us as your accountant. Our online version of our Charter is our most up to date version and you're welcome to look over a copy which you can find here >
